DEVELOP AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRINCIPLES OF ASSESSMENT WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE CONTEXT AND FORMAT OF STANDARDIZED TESTS AND STANDARDS-BASED ALTERNATIVE QUALITATIVE STRATEGIES.
