DPT 6003 HUMAN GROSS ANATOMY

This course utilizes a Team-Based Learning (TBL), regional approach to the in-depth examination of gross human anatomic structure and function, emphasizing the musculoskeletal and neurological systems. The TBL portion of this course will accompany laboratory content, which involves regional cadaveric dissection under the instruction of course instructors, as well as surface palpation activities. An emphasis on clinical application of basic anatomical foundations will be emphasized throughout the course. Prerequisites: Matriculation into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Lecture=180 hours. Required course.
