CJ 5600 AMERICAN LEGAL SYSTEM

This course consists of a general survey of the legal system in the United States. It will examine and analyze the development, structure, function, and nature of the state and federal system through common and statutory law. Additionally, this course will explore the impact of social, economics and political factors on the legal system.
