This lab supports the manual lathe and milling machine introductory theory course (MANT 133). This class develops intellectual knowledge through hands on application in a machine shop environment. Instruction includes safety practices, manual machine operations, set up, tooling, feeds and speeds, cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, filing, knurling, threading, measuring and use of other associated machine shop tools.
