AETC 142 PLC Systems 1
This course will provide the fundamentals of a programmable logic controller (PLC). Training will include simulation and hands-on instruction of PLCs in manufacturing systems. Topics include components of a PLC, memory organization, discrete input/output, numbering systems, logic gates, Boolean Algebra, relay ladder logic, timers, counters, word level logic, and troubleshooting.

This course will provide the fundamentals of a programmable logic controller (PLC). Training will include simulation and hands-on instruction of PLCs in manufacturing systems.
