Identify, configure, and troubleshoot basic computer hardware components.
Identify, configure, manage, and troubleshoot computer storage devices.
Understand and establish simple network connections.
Install and maintain a computer operating system--
a. Recognize and configure different mobile devices.
b. Meet or exceed the overall national average on the PCPro exam from TestOUt. A passing score is 1360 out of 2000.
