Fire Science, Associate of Applied Science

Program Outcomes

Analyze and apply measures to resolve problems in areas of fire suppression, fire prevention and EMS.

Recognize the importance of ethics, professionalism and diversity within the fire service.

Communicate effectively in both oral presentations and written fire service reports.

Demonstrate technical, cognitive, and psycho-motor skills necessary to achieve and maintain employment in the fire service.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the fire service.
