III. Catalog Course Description
Students will be assigned and advanced project for work in design, layout, listing of parts, making work orders, bids, performing, and time. Students will show adequate competencies in advancing of quality and time. May be repeated for total of six credit hours.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- The Course objective is to have all students pass the written and performance tests. This will be assessed through tests whether passed or not.
- How their Performance on machinery in their production of their individual projects and group projects alike turned out
- Each student will demonstrate their design difference from other styles of like project in oral reports to class, to be assessed.
- Teamwork will be assessed not only how good team project turned out but how they all worked together as a team to complete task.
- Skill of advancement will be assessed by completed projects difficulty and quality, correctness to plan etc
- Evaluation sheets filled out by each student on Instructor, class and themselves will help to see how we all did and how we can improve.

Students will be assigned more advanced projects in Design, assembly of, joinery techniques and finishing. They will be demonstrated to in other types of materials that can be used with wood (ex: glass, metal, inlay, cloth, cane etc.) Students will master a cut and material list of their making, study Design of cabinet and furniture styles to incorporate them into their design. They will make a material, and cost analysis of their projects and make out a bid of their projects. As well students will be required to show adequate competencies in advancing their quality, speed, and conservation. They will be involved in a group advanced project given out by instructor to advance in the skill of working relationships. They will meet with client (real or make believe to sell there idea). Students will demonstrate their knowledge and skill in producing each project.
