Analyze the purpose of a message, anticipates its audience and select the best communication channel. Employ adaptive writing techniques. Draft well-organized paragraphs that incorporate topic sentences, support sentences and transitional expressions. Complete business messages by revising for conciseness. Evaluate a message to judge its effectiveness. Enhance readability through document design. Address business uses of social media, networks and asses their advantages as well as risks. Compose direct messages that make request, respond to inquiries online and offline and deliver step-by-step instructions. Understand the goals of business communcators in conveying negative news. Explain digital age persuasion and identify time proven persuasive techniques.
