This lab supports the manual Lathe introductory theory course. This class develops intellectual knowledge and hands on abilities in a machine shop environment. Instruction includes safety practices, manual Lathe operations, set up, tooling, feeds and speeds, cutting, drilling, tapping, filing, knurling, threading, measuring and use of other associated machine shop tools.
