PPOL-5100 Ethics in a Polarized Body Politic
Nearly every significant policy change requires consideration of difficult trade-offs, including economic, social, and justice implications. In this course, students will confront ethical dilemmas that attend public policy. How should policy making acknowledge and integrate diverse constituencies in an equitable way? Students will learn to analyze ethical questions through the intersection of moral reasoning, distribution of power, and diverse identities.
