Medical Office Administration - General Medical Office Administration (AAS) A25310G
The Medical Office Administration curriculum General Medical Office Administration track prepares individuals for a broad range of administrative positions in healthcare.
Students receive training in computer applications, oral and written communication, medical terminology, electronic health records, introductory healthcare management, legal and regulatory issues, healthcare customer relations, and other topics depending on the subject area selected within this curriculum.
Graduates should qualify for employment opportunities in a variety of medical office positions in medical and dental offices, hospitals, insurance companies, laboratories, medical supply companies, and other healthcare related organizations.
