Historical development of current financial reporting, FASB's conceptual framework, preparation of primary financial statements, measurement, recognition, and reporting of assets. In-depth coverage of the measurement, recognition, and reporting of inventories, long-lived assets, and intangible assets.

AC 211 or equivalent and
