REC 233 Water Safety Instructor's Course
Planning, conducting, and evaluating instruction in swimming and water safety. Includes peer teaching opportunities. American Red Cross certification prepares student as a Water Safety Instructor.

Swim the following strokes 25 yards each: front crawl, breaststroke, elementary breaststroke, sidestroke, (and butterfly 15 yards); tread water for 1 minute.
