MATH 413 Teaching Mathematics in the Secondary School
Topics include planning for instruction, classroom management, promoting effective discourse, methods to address the needs of a diverse student population, and methods of assessment. Field experience required. Taken concurrently with EDSC 425. CT law requires findgerprinting and a criminal background check for the filed experiences in this class. Fingerprinting must be completed prior to the beginning of class.
