AY5410 Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle (Ahara and Vihara) Therapies

This course teaches the concepts of ayurvedic ahara (nutrition): food combining, eating habits and food energetics; vihara (lifestyle): daily and seasonal routines, relaxation, meditation, sleep, stress management, personal habits and behaviors, exercise, relationships, and goals applied to different disease conditions and pathologies.
