This course is a lecture study introduction to Emergency Radio Communications.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- At the end of the course, students will understand the roles and responsibilities of their position as it relates to the stakeholders, citizens, and community served.
- At the end of the course, the student will demonstrate familiarity with the rules and regulations that govern telecommunicator performance.
- At the end of the course, students will demonstrate proper use of telecommunicator communication skills.
