This course covers the fundamental principles involved in the management of residential and non-residential property, including asset management, management agreements, leasing, physical management of the asset, mathematics of property management, laws, and ethics.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Describe the typical duties of a professional property manager.
- Describe the best ways to create and maintain a strong manager tenant relationship.
- Explain the agency relationship between property manager and client and list the fiduciary duties involved in that relationship.
