Students will explore the different careers available in the local, national and international manufacturing facilities.  Students will interact with local manufacturers through field trips and guest speakers.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:

  • Create a resume and gain job interview skills by practicing mock interviews in the classroom.
  • Identify potential career opportunities in automated manufacturing and food processing and the necessary training and education through engaging with guest speakers from the local food processing companies.
