Library Services

College of Idaho library services are provided in the award-winning Cruzen-Murray Library building, which opened in January 2018. The library’s features include a coffee shop, 10 group study rooms, many writable walls, and a 24-hour area featuring study and meeting space and a computer lab. The library’s collections include over 100,000 print volumes as well as over 100,000 ebooks and access to thousands of journals, magazines and newspapers online. Interlibrary loan services expand these collections to include access to resources from libraries across the country and around the world. Two librarians provide one-on-one research consultations and collaborate with faculty members to provide course-based library support. The library serves as an intellectual and social hub on campus, striving to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to individual study, discover, creativity, reflection, and collaborative work.
