HHP-321 Functional Motor Skills Testing

A course designed to provide students with a foundational knowledge of functional motor skills with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of movement. Students will learn how to conduct testing and assessment of a variety of functional motor skills for performance, corrective, therapeutic, and rehabilitative purposes. Students will gain experience comparing assessment results to objective baseline measures in order to provide prescriptions for functional motor skill improvement. Prerequisites: HHP-106 or BIO-224 and Junior Standing
