MAT 201 Mathematics for Teachers I
This course is designed for pre-service teachers and provides an understanding of topics in mathematics which the student will be expected to teach. Course content includes set theory, numeration systems, selected topics in number theory, real numbers and their properties, problem-solving techniques, and topics in algebra. Please note that a minimum grade of "C" is required in this course in order for a student to take higher level math courses for which this course is a prerequisite.
