Registration for more than 12 credits requires permission from the student’s academic advisor and the school's associate dean. Some programs require permission to take more than nine (9) credits in a semester. Check the program-specific section of the catalog for more information. Students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program will occasionally be enrolled in up to 16 credits in a semester. Students in the Medical Science (M.S.) take 18 credits in the Fall and Spring semesters.
*The Ed.D and D.B.A. programs are designed to offer a maximum of 6 credits per semester and are considered full-time at 6 credits (combined for all sessions in a semester) and half time at 3 credits (combined for all sessions in a semester).
