MGS 4032 ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
This course provides students with insight into the nature and scope of leadership and its successes, limitations, and failures within a global context. Students examine the core traits, behaviors, and values of what makes influential leaders. Students explore how successful leaders build effective organizations and companies through essential competencies, relationships, visions, and interactions within and across businesses. Cross-cultural and intercultural leadership strategies sensitive towards social, ethical, and diversity issues are stressed.
