BIO 3416 NEUROSCIENCE

An in-depth study of anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, specifying function and related clinical conditions. Study of communication in neural excitable tissues beginning at the cellular level and leading to an integration of the morphological and physiological divisions of the nervous system. Emphasis on psychopharmacology, neurobiology behind human senses, sleep, emotions and learning and memory.
