BLAW 3052 BUSINESS LAW II
The basic legal principles that apply to the areas of governmental regulation of business including the Uniform Commercial Code including sales, negotiable instruments, secured transactions, the Bankruptcy code and laws governing labor relations and employment discrimination. Consideration will be given to relevant statutes, uniform laws and adjudicated cases which give the student a grasp of the implications, legal risks and results of these business relationships and transactions.
