MGS 3200 INTRODUCTION TO HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry with all its sectors such as hotels, tourism, restaurants food and beverage services, leisure and recreation, meetings and conventions, and event management. Topics include hospitality career paths, industry trends, environmental factors, and leadership and management principles that influence effective management of hospitality organizations.
