PSY2101 Child Psychology - Service Learning

Examination of child development from infancy to adoloscence through volunteer work at the selected childcare facilities. The experience will be in- tegrated into the co-requisite course, PSY 2100, through readings, refelective writing, group dis- cussion and other activities. Emphasis on the dev elopment effects of maturation and experience and interactional nature of physical, cognitive, emot- ional, social, and cultural factors on the ogical development of the child. Prerequisites PSY 1000 & Co-requisites PSY 2100
