MAT-120 The Art of Mathematical Thinking

A course designed to explore some of the great ideas in mathematics and to discover the power of mathematical thinking in everyday life. Topics include counting techniques, infinity, geometry, shape and space, chaos and fractals, and decision science. Prerequisites: MAT-101 or higher or placement according to the Math Placement Guide.
