ME 463 Engineering of Additive Manufacturing Processes

Engineering fundamentals of additive manufacturing processes for metals, ceramics, and plastics, including powder bed fusion, extrusion, vat photopolymerization, material jetting, binder jetting, and sheet lamination. ME 216, ME 217, and ETM 356 plus either ENGR 357 for Mechanical Engineering majors or ET 357 for Mechanical Engineering Technology and Manufacturing Engineering Technology majors. (C- or higher required in all prerequisites)
