PLA1104 Legal Research and Writing I

This course is designed to introduce students to the art of legal research. Students will learn the process of identifying legal issues, retrieving relevant legal information using digital research tools, applying the results to the legal issues, and communicating the results in a written memorandum using correct legal citations.
